ClipX is a Windows clipboard manager that lets you copy a large number of text and image entries to clipboard and paste any entry or image to any location, saving a lot of time when you are copy-pasting a lot of items for work. You can set the maximum number of clipboard entries to remember, select items to ignore and set custom hotkeys to perform functions such as Primary Paste, Secondary Paste, Search History, Navigate and Google Search. Le Dimmer

Le Dimmer automatically dims everything on your desktop apart from the active window. It can also prove to be very useful if you have multiple windows opened and you want to focus only on one window at a time.

The transparency can be configured to a setting between 0 and 255, with the default set to 150. However, the transparency can only be set from the command line. The easy solution is to create a shortcut, then modify the shortcut to include the command line switch. For example, to change the transparency to 200, add "-alpha 200" to the end of the command. A shortcut is also convenient in case you want to copy it into the Startup folder so that it launches automatically when Windows starts.

ReactOS

 ReactOS

is a free open source operating system based on the best design principles found in the Windows NT® architecture (Windows versions such as Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows Server 2012 are built on Windows NT architecture). Written completely from scratch, ReactOS is not a Linux based system, and shares none of the UNIX architecture.

The main goal of the ReactOS® project is to provide an operating system which is binary compatible with Windows. This will allow your Windows® applications and drivers to run as they would on your Windows system. Additionally, the look and feel of the Windows operating system is used, such that people accustomed to the familiar user interface of Windows® would find using ReactOS straightforward. The ultimate goal of ReactOS® is to allow you to use it as alternative to Windows® without the need to change software you are used to.
